Standard Transaction Fee

Standard Transaction fee is $299 or 7% of the purchase price, whichever is greater.

Premium Transaction Fee

Standard Transaction fee is $250 or 5% of the purchase price, whichever is greater.

Pro Transaction Fee

Standard Transaction fee is $199 or 2.5% of the purchase price, whichever is greater.
