If you placed a bid on a vehicle and received a counter offer from the seller, your bid is still valid and binding even if the seller does not immediately accept your bid. For sale types designated as “On Minimum Bid” or “On Approval,” the seller has until 6 p.m. PST two business days after the sale to accept, reject or counter offer.
