If your transporter agent picks up the vehicle and removes it from the auction facility, it is considered accepted “AS IS - WHERE IS" and “with all faults.” This is why the condition of your vehicle must be verified prior to being removed from the auction facility. If there are any issues with the vehicle, we must be notified immediately prior to the vehicle being removed from the auction facility.
