If at any time you wish to get either a partial or full refund of your security deposit, you can do so by logging in to your account and selecting Transactions, clicking the Deposits tab, locating the deposit you wish to have refunded and clicking “REQUEST REFUND.” It’s that simple!
Please note that all transactions must clear (paid in full) and you must pick up vehicles from the auction facilities before you can submit a refund request.
Generally, A Better Bid™ processes refund requests within 5–7 business days and remits your refund to you in the same payment form in which you originally made the deposit. However, A Better Bid™ refunds deposits made by debit or credit card or PayPal that are more than 60 days old in the form of a check and mails it to you within 10 business days, for residents of the U.S. and Canada. Residents from all other countries will receive their security deposit refund by wire transfer.
Account cancellation accompanies the full deposit refund. There must be at least $400 in your deposit to keep your account active. If you wish to keep your account active, then you have the option of requesting a partial refund by leaving at least $400 in deposit.
