The operator of the auto auction must first send the ownership documents of the car you won to our offices, but only after you’ve paid the full amount of the vehicle. When we get them from auction operator, we’ll reassign ownership documents to your name and only then can we mail them to you. From the time the sale ends, you can expect this to take 30 days. If you need a copy of the ownership documents, such as the title, prior to reassignment, please let us know and we will email you a copy. We can also mail your ownership documents directly to U.S. Customs per your request.
Please note we cannot guarantee that a title will always be the document you receive as an ownership document; it might instead be a salvage title, certificate of destruction, manufacturer’s statement of origin (MSO) or other acceptable proof of ownership document.
